Paper 1: Due February 28 Cultural Practices In class we will talk about the term “cultural practices” and we will come up with some examples of cultural practices. For this paper, you will write about your experience in changing your own cultural practices. In the pre-paper stage, you will spend at least five days changing some cultural practice in your environment: You will add something or take something away. Then you will write a paper about what you changed, and what you thought about it. What happened to your cognitions, emotions, behaviors, and motivations when you altered your typical practices? What does that mean about how cultural environments might sustain our cognitions, emotions, and behaviors?

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
