Derek Folts The Good Life Professor Nuttal November 12, 2007 Euthanasia: It’s your choice… After listening to both groups talk about euthanasia I feel I am well informed about the reasons for and against it. I feel that either way my view on it would not have changed. I feel that if euthanasia is needed then it’s ok to do. There are definitely situations that it is almost needed. When putting euthanasia to the test of my moral theory I almost always come to the same conclusion. My moral theory, ethic of reciprocity, states that you should do unto others as you would do unto you. Using my theory I feel that I would most definitely agree with euthanasia. Why you ask? My reasoning behind this is that I feel that if I were in a situation like that I would want to be killed. For example, if I were suffering from a terminal disease that was causing me immense pain or causing my family members pain, I would definitely consider having someone put me out. So therefore I could give someone else euthanasia because I know I would want it

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
