1: Introduction NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Ltd is a link between the two is company and NTUC Welcome and Singapore Employees Co-operative. NTUC FairPrice was founded by the National Trades Union Congress in late 1973 , first supermarket was opened in Toa Payoh and when its operational, it was help economic stability and protect the economy from the oil crisis that make increases in food prices. To improve distribution NTUC FairPrice has established distribution centres for fresh and chilled products for their store in 2003 and they became the first retailer in Singapore has distribution centres own fresh food. Also, they also have expanded the market and its subsidiaries through creating alliances with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific through the transition service stations to Fair Price Express or Cheer, their plans are carried out within two years from 2005 to 2007 that project has brought many benefits to motorists. NTUC Fair Price is a company with quality products and good service. Moreover, it is always accompanied by social responsibility of the company. So they have received numerous awards as Super brands in 2002, Reader's Digest, National Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore, Retail Asia Pacific Top 500, and Singapore Compact ... in 2009. FairPrice operates more than 200 convenience stores such as FairPrice Extra, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xpress, and Cheers to serve the needs of people in Singapore. FairPrice products are often snacks, fresh food, electronic products, home care, drink, health and beauty, general merchandise. FairPrice target is every day consumers and serves a variety of clients, so they offer much variety of products with reasonable prices. From a supermarket at Toa Payoh it has grown to 270 stores with visitor numbers are around 500,000 people every day. Moreover, they have around 9000 employer. Analysis of the successful strategy In an era of fierce competition of business as at present, to have a sound business strategy brings success for businesses are not an easy thing. FairPrice has been successful is because they now have the right strategy in Singapore and also have

some factor impact to their strategy to help them success such as 3 factor are Price, Product, Social. To obtain such a strategy, they have set a goal to become a leading retailer in Singapore with a heart. Their mission is to provide our customers with the best quality. For the first factor is Price, Pricing is important FairPrice has great influence on the strategy and objectives of FairPrice is to attract new customers and their usual customers. The new stores in key locations often discounted products to attract customers, and their customers can purchase discounted products or other products in the store.
