In the second section,answer a series of questions, referring to your project, regarding project execution and evaluation.SECTION 1 - PROJECT COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION PLAN1.Communication Management ApproachDescribe how the projects information and communication plan has been developed, Address:First step: The contractor agrees from the correspondent from the technical project. How they accept terms, budget,size and implementation plan (text, graphics, presentation). This has finished a clear definition of the project and itsoverall understanding. And then the ingenious construction and outline of each aspect comes with the smallestdetails.Second step :Approving the notification, the recipient sends it to the task managers or registrars for the division ofduties.Third step: A technological order was established in the periods when each consecutively defined sounds weregiven.Fourth step :After working on the main part of the plan to reconcile the plan, all other actions are coordinated withthe client. In more detailed and discussed additions, indicating goals, goals are summarized and final.Fifth step :After completing the entire project and working on it, the contractor comes up with a ready-made solutionfor the customer.
