Answer,  ISSUE RULE ANALISIS Whether Mary’s valid claim depends upon whether or not it  supported by a custom installation of not specifically manufactured  parts for jet ski? Whether Mary has a valid claim on whether she  received a letter from the manufacture stated that her model needs a  repair.  One who sells any product in a defective condition unreasonably  dangerous to the user or consumer is strictly liable for physical harm  to his person or his property caused thereby, and this manufacturers'  products liability is not based on any contractual relationship in the  nature of implied warranty nor on common law negligence.
