The management of relationships betweenemployees and management, as well as employee to employee, are key to this policy.What are industrial relations?Industrial relations is primarily the management of workplace obligations betweenemployers and employees. It is important for NCT to ensure that when strategies/plans arecreated, employee relations are considered.
