Executive Summary In this report, we provide an analytical overview of the business and strategy of Cotton On, an Australia-based clothing and retail company. There have been numerous global expansionscarried out by the company in different parts of the world, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New South Wales, New Zealand, Asia, and the United States, to name a few. The brand has gained international recognition and is now expanding into other areas, including sleepwear, intimates, and activewear under Cotton On Body, footwear with Rubi shoes, children's clothing under Cotton On Kids, and stationery and gifts under Typo. This report aims to identifying any crises faced by Cotton On regarding its strategic management, analysing various types of strategies, and producing recommendations accordingly.The success of COTTON ON may be influenced by both internal and external factors in this study.COTTON ON's external environment is calculated using a PESTEL analysis. According to the findings, the overall environment has been a significant factor impacting Cotton On. The PORTER's five forces analysis is also considered, so as to assess possible risks and examine the industry's overall appeal.A moderate to poor level of attractiveness is observed in the COTTON ON industry as a whole.Moreover, COTTON ON and its rivals were ranked using a quantitative technique during the competitor analysis. Rival strengths and weaknesses can be assessed by examining different important success variables. The two biggest competitors of COTTON ON are H&M and Uniqlo. Also, identifying COTTON ON's capabilities and producing core competencies in order to determine their strengths. Value chain analysis will be used to analyze the internal operations of the company, which includes supporting as well as main activities.The objectives, missions, and visions of COTTON ON will be outlined in order to gain a better understanding of COTTON ON's position in relation to their current industry position, and what they expect to achieve. COTTON ON will be exhibited both in the present day and in the future. Understanding and highlighting current issues will provide a clearer understanding of the company's organizational structure.A thorough evaluation of Cotton On's goals, objectives, and mission will be needed to improve the organization's performance.
