Such issues have greatly affected the company’sbusiness operations and have stalled its expansion programs in certain countries.The company applies systems thinking, which has enabled it to operate in the retail sectoras a large corporation that has broken up into various departments. As a result, this is regarded asa systematic structure that has made it difficult for small organizations to compete with thecompany mainly because it has specialized departments (Chatterjee 2017). These comprise ofpharmacy, electronics, and food store, car garage, coupled with several other departments. Sincethe company is so large and produces several different products, especially when they relocate toa new location, the company causes several closures to other small enterprises in different sectors(Chatterjee 2017).
