As you can see, I need to changesome of my habits. Although I may be paying attention to many of the significant aspects of myhealth, there may still be some aspects that I could improve upon. I should see the payoff in myenergy levels, resilience to illness, and overall well-being. You've been heading in the rightdirection, so why not go all the way? These results are entirely accurate; I may be taking care ofmy well-being somehow but not wholly. There are still aspects I need to improve, like betternutrition, exercise, and mental health.Bruce states, "Having ahealthy dietmeans making food choices that contribute to short- andlong-term health.
