LEASE CONTRACT
This Lease Contract ("Lease") is entered into by and between Dobie Austin LP as owner ("Dobie"), the undersigned
student ("Resident"). Dobie agrees to provide room and board to Resident according to this Lease in Dobie Center
Residences ("Dobie Center") in Austin, Texas. Resident agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Lease.
This contract is being sent to you on February 28, 2014.
This contract must be properly signed, returned and received at Dobie Center for final acceptance and execution.
Faxed leases will not be accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE
1. LEASE TERM. This Lease is for room and board at Dobie Center, 2021 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas 78705,
for the 2014-2015 academic session commencing on August 25, 2014 and terminating on May 20, 2015 exclusive of
undergraduate academic recess of two or more consecutive school days, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter
provided. Dobie shall assign Tenant to premises at the beginning of the Term; provided, however, that during the
Term of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to similar accommodations within Dobie Center. All
dates referred to in this Lease are the dates referred to in the Official Calendar of The University of Texas at Austin.
Dobie Center opens on August 25, 2014.
2. DESCRIPTION OF PREMISIS: This Lease is for an accommodation in a studio .
3. RENT: Resident agrees to pay all sums due for room and board according to the schedule set forth below. All
