Before signing a contract, proper research is made concerning the contract and theentity offering the contract.The Ethics in Managed Care Contracting (2013), suggests a goodhealth care contract should not disagree with the four ethical tenets of the medical profession:autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence, and justice.If an organization offers a medicalprofessional a contract that openly defies any of the tenets, the contract will be refused.
