Technology gave us comfort every day, every hour and every minute of our lives.Many technologies, tools, products and systems are made through the use of IT.An E-learning and evaluation system plays a key role in the management system of anyschool. But, such systems do not often relate expectations, outcomes, and performance. Aseach student desires to achieve a good score for each assignment, exam, project and/or report,the whole process adds heavy workload for teachers in order to make their evaluation fair,comprehensive, and accurate. From the faculty perspective, these are necessary to avoiddisagreement from students and parents. An Online Grade Monitoring System is a highlydesirable addition to the education tool-kit, particularly when I can provide less effort and a moreeffective and timely outcome.Most educators like the systems if they work smoothly and help students learn,according to teachers and teacher union representatives. An E-learning and evaluation systemcan foster a strong home-school connection and allow busy parents to be involved"—and letthem step in early if a child is struggling. Online E-learning and evaluation system can helpstudents as well as their parents. Parents can now view their children’s grade every now andthen, so as the students for them to help their self before it’s too late. Studies show that makingthe students, parents and community feel part of the school increases the effectiveness of theschool and helps all parties involved. Indeed, there are school/community relations of someform occurring all the time, whether school staff are aware of them or not. Students talk withtheir friends and families about what happened at school. Parents talk to other parents abouttheir children’s school. Teachers talk with each other about the students and parents. A gap ofmistrust is created, spread and widened because the parties talked about are not the partiesbeing talked to.The present record evaluation of the school ESSU-salcedo is that, the teacher or adviserof every class will compute and write down the grades of the students and give it to the office ofRegistrar. The Registrar will then wait for the students to pick-up their grades. Sadly, not allstudents can pick-up their grades on time. Sometimes the Registrar is close or their gradingcards have been misplaced. Sometimes students who got their grades on time, don’t want toshow it to their parents, which leads to parents and teachers’ misunderstandings. In this way Icome up to develop the E-learning and evaluationSystem in which students and parents canview their grades on time, faster, wherever or whenever they want to.
