For like example, an employee tends to losetheir hearing, vision, physical strength or energy, memory, and handling pressure in the workplace asthey aged. Since, communications skill is very important in the work that requires an employee an ableto hear and listen to the instruction. An older person’s work may be impaired in her/his job because ofhaving a hearing problem can result a negative effect on the performance of the employee.Also, olderemployees may have a trouble to seeing some email or instruction, difficulty to read and cope up of theworkload that can decreased of the productivity of the workers. Somehow, they are prone in stress whenthey are engaged in a numerous task or workload that creates a high pressure to them wherein may betoo much for them to handle the pressure. When an employee gets older, they lose muscle strength andenergy that might be a disadvantage for the company who required a physical strength for like example,factory or service company. According to the article of Aging and the Macroeconomy, aging workforcemight also experience deterioration in the relevant skills if job requirements change over time or ifpeople's skills decline. Since age also affects a person's memory. Thus, older workers may have troubleworking jobs that require them to memorize facts, and then recite them back with rapidity. As a result itmay difficulty to them to cope up in memorizing the technical data.2.GenderThere are some companies who are not equally fair in hiring and firing employee. Typically, men aremost hired than women. They are stereotypes with the capability of men and women wherein they areunder influenced of the concept of women should be at home while men are the provider. For instance,men have a lot of physical strength compared to a woman in terms of physical work and women aremost likely to engaged in a work-related conflict than men. They have different working style in terms ofproblem-solving style in the workplace, employee behavior, and view in the workplace.So that’s whymen are more closely to the promotional and opportunities rather than women.
