Ice cream mixture is fed to the cooling chamber via a hopper, located on the top ofthe machine. Inside the cooling chamber a rotating beater fitted with scrapers islocated. The outside surfaces of the chamber are fitted with refrigerator coils, whichcool the chamber and the heat extracted is conveyed away from the machine in theform of heated water.Ensure the machine is set up in a cool place as far as possible from any source ofheat and away from any walls that may obstruct the air circulation.
