2Mrs. Doubtfire Movie AnalysisDaniel Hillard is a very talented freelance voice actor living in San Franciso, California.He is unlucky in his job and is often underemployed. Daniel is a kind man who adores his threechildren Lydia, Chris, and Natalie. Daniel is married to Miranda. Miranda is unhappy in theirmarriage because she is the breadwinner of the family. She has to provide for her family, takecare of the household, and raise the children, all with very little help from her husband, Daniel.When the movie begins, Daniel is at work doing a voice-over for a parrot who smokes.Daniel gets fired from his job because he fails to the voice-over correctly and adds his own scriptof how smoking is bad. Daniel decides to throw his son Chris a birthday party, even though hiswife Miranda was against having a birthday party for Chris because of his poor grades in school.The party that Daniel holds for Chris is chaotic. There are sheep, goats, and other cattle in thehouse. The animals walk freely inside and outside of the home and other things like dancing onthe table and loud music. The neighbor sees everything going on with the party and callsMiranda to complain about the animals eating her flowers. Miranda leaves work to put a stop tothe party and to get everything under control.Once Miranda is home and cleans up the party's mess, she tells Daniel how she feels
