Thecompany can be regarded as a unique organization due to several factors especially with regardto its leadership and organization structure. Purposely speaking, unlike many other companies ofits size, Tesla lacks a well defined management structure, an organization chart as well as a list ofthe company’s senior leaders. However, it is worthwhile to characterize the organizationstructure in Tesla as divisional. The organization structure in Tesla is made up of severaldivisions of human resources, communication, sales, production, energy, finance, engineeringand software.
