55 Pengaruh Talent Management Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten Syamsudin 1 Viani Ressia 2 [email protected] 1 [email protected] 2 Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Serang Raya ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh talent management dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten, variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Talent Management dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 pegawai dan diambil sampel sebanyak 66, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai responden. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten pada bulan Desember 2019 sampai dengan Januari 2020. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara talent management dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Talent Management, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of talent management and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office, the independent variables in this study are Talent Management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the dependent variable is employee performance. The research was conducted using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 66 employees and taken as many as 66 samples. The sample determination in this study used a saturated sampling technique because all members of the population were used as respondents. The research was conducted at the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office from December 2019 to January 2020. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) there is a significant influence between talent management and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.
