Bliss 2 This project was budgeted to cost $210,500 and in currently has cost $ 218,680 which translates to a cost overrun of $8,180, this cost overrun is within tolerance. Additional time was added to the framing costs due to change order by the customer to add pony wall in dining room. 2. Windows were delayed by the vendor so a discount was provided 3. Electrician was delayed by installation of the exterior insulation, costs for addition of additional wiring in pony wall. 4. Insulation contractor accepted some liability for delay and discounted their contract 5. Drywall contractor added cost for pony wall. 6. Siding material came in under vendor bid. 7.
