Define and explain how the different brand elements contribute to the Nespresso brand? (25%) Visual brand identity elements include anything a customer or potential customer may see , like the company logo and tag line printed on an advertisement or billboard. They also include an identified color palette and typography. Brand identity elements extend to product features: packaging is part of branding, but the product itself is also an expression of the brand. Not mention product service: brand identity also consists of desired interactions between customers and the company and its employees. People rely on personal experience way more than we think: response time, return policies, a shop reception area, customer treatment, also add to a brand’s identity. Brand identity elements are used across new platform sas well. Maintaining the visual brand image is critical. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, company-maintained blogs all contributing elements of a brand identity. Launched 30 years ago, Nespresso is a subsidiary of Nestlé and one of the world leaders of homemade coffee market. The brand became famous for its innovative approach to coffee making based on capsules. More than a simple coffee, Nespresso managed to create a whole “Nespresso experience” for coffee drinking – an everyday habit, by its innovative product and unique customer communication and distribution channel. Nespresso’s basic and more complex brand elements all contribute to the – overall - all positive perception of the brand, and it’s brand identity ( How the consumer perceives the  brand) Let’s take them by each element:
