(5 marks) The notable differences between the sexes where that the male subject had a lower respiratory rate than the female. This can be due to the fact that males are typically more fit than females. Also, when it came to the exercises that involved weight the males had a lower respiratory rate. b. What differences did you notice between fit and less-fit individuals? Describe. (5 marks) Comparing the fit and less-fit individuals, the less-fit individuals had a higher respiratory rate.
