ENGR131 – Homework 5: Arrays Due at 11:59 PM on Tuesday October 9, 2007. Submit all .java files as required by your TA. Grading: Problem 1 (30 pts). Problem 2 (30 pts). Problem 3 (30 pts). General (10 pts). Instructions: The main focus of this assignment is the use of arrays. You will also gain more experience using loops, selection, and methods. Write a separate program (.java file) for each problem. Note that problems #1 and #2 require console input and/or output (I/O), but #3 requires a GUI. See the numerous examples in the textbook as a reference. Additionally, problem #3 requires a separate library file. 1. Write a program that displays the quantity of each letter grade for the following scores: 90, 60, 85, 73, 88, 92, 100. The grade cutoffs are A: 90 or higher, B: 80 or higher, C: 70 or higher, D: 60 or higher, and F: below 60. Use an array to store the grades, a loop to process the data, and console output. On the right is an example of what your output might look like.
