Physical Education is more than “gym class”, the P.E. activity requirement helps a student find their way intoan active, healthy, and fit lifestyle, most especially in this time of pandemic Students can explore several different categories of physical activities such as group exerciseand dance.Students have the opportunity to experience activities that will improve their cardio, strength, and coordination while performing the activities either in schoolor at home (virtual presentation).ESSENTIALOUTCOMESUpon completion of this course (P.E.3) the student should be able to:1)Acquire techniques necessary to perform a variety of physical activities.
