In-Lab Assignment 1: Numerical Operators (Ch 2) Instructions: Select either the Standard Set or Advanced Set of problems for a total of 10 points. You may do additional problems, but extra credit will not be given. Students may collaborate with each other, but each student is required to compile and run the program on his or her own computer. The TA will specify the desired method for submitting files (digital dropbox, hard copy, etc.). Your solutions for all problems should be placed in a single Java program with the code for each problem separated by comments indicating which problem it is. Use your textbook and lecture notes as references. Be sure to keep a copy of your solution for yourself. Below is an example of what your program might look like (without any solutions, of course). public class InLab1 { public static void main(String args[]) { // Problem #1 // your solution would go here // Problem #2 // your solution would go here } } Standard Set 1. (2 pts) Using multiple System.out.println statements, display the initials for your name. You can use any symbols you wish. Below is an example for the initials “CF” using asterisks. Your output does not need to be centered.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
