Michele Alviar CFD 270 8-18-07 Temperament Dimensions of Temperament 1. Activity level: I would say that my activity level is a medium. I am a mix between active and passive. This is because sometimes I like to go out for a little run, and sometimes I just like to sit in my room and read a book. An example that demonstrates this is usually after class I like to go to the gym for a little and exercise, and then I would come home and relax the rest of the night, and sometimes even read a book. 2. Adaptability: I would rate myself as in between medium and high in adaptability. I am very flexible and not very picky about things that go on in my everyday life. An example that demonstrates this is the first time I came to San Diego State University. During my freshman year I lived in the dorms. It was a very different atmosphere than at home. It was a new city, new people, new roommate, and new living situation. I have never lived away from home or ever been to a new school. I was not very sure how everything would turn out. It didn’t take me that long at all to become comfortable with everything I got along well with everyone and loved the new experience. 3. Rhythmicity: I would rate myself as low-medium rhythmicity.
