RESEARCH PROPOSAL: TOPIC ASSIGNMENT 2 Research Proposal: Topic Assignment The growth of social media has had a major effect on culture and how people interact with one another. As a result, this growth of social media has also profoundly affected how companies conduct marketing and E-commerce in the global marketplace. Many companies have begun using social media as a way to conduct business online. It has also reduced barriers to entry for new start-ups to form and begin marketing themselves. However, many businesses have not started using social media due to a lack of knowledge of how to implement it into their business strategy. The main question that this research is to determine what businesses would benefit from implementing social media into their business strategy and how they could take advantage of social media to enter into the global marketplace.

They aim to answer how the increase in technology has increased the global trade for the country. The evidence presented in this study shows that the relationship between e-commerce and globalization is a mutual one where an increase in one works to increase the other. It is also shown how better knowledge of new technology increases the rate of youth engagement in e-commerce. The purpose of using the research done in this study is to show how introducing new technology and e- commerce can help reduce trade barriers by a decline in administrative trade barriers.
