2 INTEGRATING FAITH AND LEARNING REPLY Integrating Faith and Learning: Reply Discussion Summary Thank you for your post, Rashida. I enjoyed reading your thoughts on the discussion of work and its application to this class. The beginning of the discussion focused on when work became a focal point for humanity. The point made is that it began when God created it. Creation is essentially a form of work for God. This was then passed to humanity. The discussion follows the debate of Keller and Alsdorf from the book Every Good Endeavor . The base discussion and application of work was assumed to come from the fall of man as a punishment.
