Collective phenomenon would be a culture that appears to be a group of people who are collectivist meaning they think of themselves as groups not individuals. The examples would be tribe and ethnical groups. 2.) It is important to try to categorize cultures through the use of cultural dimensions because culture dimensions describes ways that society can value people in their cultures. Culture dimension is a type of cross culture communication which can be measured relatively to other cultures. 3.)
