To be an effective leader, every person should make sure to make an action plan andjot down the most important things and goals one has set for oneself. The best technique to create aplan is to list down the qualities, abilities, or experiences of today’s great leader. Any person havinggood skills and qualities can influence people in a positive way and can build positive leadership withteam members.To be an effective leader, there are some of the skills that an individual should have to be a successfulleader are Personal Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Management Skills, Technical Skills, or Group Skills.This made me understand that these skills or traits not only help us to be successful in professionallife, but also in our personal life these skills are really helpful. An effective leader should haveappropriate management skills so that he can manage his team members efficiently. A leader shouldalso have personal skills as it determines the way a person manages their day-to-day work, developsself-awareness, and solve problems in personal and professional life.
