During my workout I realized that my cardio sessions should last at least 10 minutesat a time. But the longer I am are able to exercise, the more calories Iwill burn and the moreendurance you will build. Aim to slowly increase the duration of myphysical activity over timeto reach at least thirty minutes of continuous cardio. I think If I can eventually go even longer.For instance, sixty minutes that is even better.According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, your long-term goal is to do cardioexercise at least five times per week. I will definitely discuss my exercise plan with my physicianif I am just starting out or are significantly changing your activities.
