Prosecutors want assessments so Defense attorney so they can get the full mental state of the offender STATISTICS OF MOST SEX OFFENDERS RECIDIVISM RATES BY STATIC-99 : 38% within 5 years, 42% within 10 years, 54% within 15 years.
