The backbone of the company's organizational effectiveness is attachedto the fact it views its employees as the key determinants of their success. The recruitment in thecompany is heavily centered on the employee's talents to ensure that they are passionate aboutsports and the companies brand image. The employees are the key determinants of the company'sprofitability because they are at the center of the attainment of the company's strategic goals. Thedifferentiating culture in PUMA SE is intertwined with the employee's commitment, creativity,collaboration, and confidence towards the attainment of the company's objectives. The companyemploys participative leadership models to ensure that the employees are free to improve theirskills, work performance, and vital skills in the work criteria. The company capitalizes on thekey approaches in integrating employee diversity in the work environment.
