Kellogg-Briand Pact – (1928) – Frank Kellogg – Secretary of State and a French foreign minister Eresteed Briand – 65 nations of the world signed a promise to each other – never to wage war again 8. Disarmament Conferences (1920s) * Naval force reductions * Naval holiday was declared * Significant reduction of the ships
