Select a MS Word template that you might use for a business letter. Which template would best suit your needs and what are the reasons for your choice? The template I would use would be the standard business letter template. This template allows you to use a formal letterhead, include to whom the letter is to, and the current date. It provides enough space for the body paragraphs, tables, as well as your signature and title. I choose this template because it’s easy to incorporate your information to compose the letter and everything is evenly spaced. How could you enhance a business letter using the features in MS Word? To enhance the business letter you can change the theme to coincide with your taste. You

You can play with the shapes and colors until you find one that suits what you’re discussing in the letter. You can also include clip art on the letterhead or somewhere on the letter itself to make it stand out. How could tables be used in your letter? What type of information could be placed in the table? Depending on what my letter is about it could include my GPA for each semester, class schedule, or areas of concentration.
