Kayla Johnston –Secretary Jon Gaskell JP Grusling Meghan Sarb Group Project # 3 Rosenberg does present an accurate model of the American political system for the most part because of the fact that he proves that it is based more so on how the decisions are made and covered by the media that surrounds each debate because of the fact that the decision itself has little effect on the people as a whole but more the way in which the American people perceive the decision and why it was ruled in such a way. Also, the effects are never seen immediately and therefore cannot really prove to be a strong effect until much time has passed and even then it is unsure if the decision itself was the cause of those effects or time itself. We believe the standard for judicial impact is fair because it involves a large group of individuals. It does not focus on specific individuals but the larger aspect instead. The chief weakness of Rosenbergs model is with constraint III because there have been 3 major cases about desegregation and that is a lot to have before some action
