Unformatted text preview: Kimberly Knotts Miracle of life Video Review The miracle of life video was very informative as it took us on the journey of growth from the conception between egg and sperm to the actual birth of a new child. It was amazing to be able to see how the fetus changed and developed in the womb. The close up pictures gave us insight on how a little cell can change and develop rapidly. Throughout the video I learned that the average human has 100 trillion cells, that seems so incredible to me since we all once started as a single cell. The Universal Urge to procreate is a common dna link marked in every living thing and its what has allowed life to continue. We have sexual reproduction as a solution to weak dna. The dna rather than replicating itself, is changed in each animal: i.e. human. This enhances the idea of survival of the fittest. It was crazy to think that every reproductive cell: i.e. sperm or egg, every single one is different. There are no two alike, not even those from the same person. I had every single one is different....
