ABSTRACTThe Novel Corona Virus is from the family of viruses similarwith Sars and Mers before. The virus mutate as time goes by.Understanding the implications, to every person in our barangaywhich affects their social, physical and mental actions in the period ofpandemic. Solutions and recommendations on handling the peoplestress will be tackled and understand.The study will be conducted in Barangay Libtong, TagudinIlocos Sur. Evaluating the implications of covid-19 to the people of thesaid barangay. The respondents are interviewed for asking experienceswith the covid-19.Result showed that the people in the barangay are scared anduncomfortable with the said virus. The researchers found out that theresidents and front liners are doing their part and agreed with everyprotocol. The strict protocols are followed because they were driven bytheir scared side.ii
