Introduction/Thesis Statement- The key to a thriving company is to increase profitability and growth in the marketplace by remaining competitive. The psychological and social marketing processes will help a company remain competitive by understanding the consumer’s needs. The three psychological and social processes are the model of the motivation process, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and the trio of needs. II. 3 psychological processes and social processes A.
