The business is about the opening of a coffee café and where the customers will beable to easily get their coffee and also they can take away coffee. The reason to start this café isthat in today's era everyone loves the coffee and many people are unable to offer a good coffee ata reasonable price. And also this location has potential for such kind of business. Our main targetmarket consists of youngsters and low-income workers. In this café, we will process/make thecoffee and serve the customers in a very relaxed and enjoyable environment, where the customerwill enjoy the taste of the coffee. And we are also charging low prices as compare to thecompetitors and our profit margin is very low because our mission is to make the coffeeaffordable for everyone. Initially, 150000 OMR will be the investment in business and the moneywill be used to obtain legal documents, fixed assets, machinery, and furniture for the café. Thebreak-even point for this business is 1.5 years or we have to sell 33333.33 units and at this point,the cost of the fixed asset will be recovered. And after this, the actual profit will be started.2
