The more satisfiedand motivated an employee is, the more he will contribute to the organization's success and thelower employee absenteeism and turnover will be which will make a positive impact into themind of employer. A well-trained employee will be more familiar with his or her job and requireless supervision. As a result, time and effort will be saved which all the organization expectsfrom their employee. Employees who lack the knowledge and abilities required to perform aspecific job are more prone to make mistakes. The less likely an employee is to have an accidenton the job, and the more proficient the employee becomes, the better. By doing so, they arenoticed by the employers, which plays an important role in organizational career growth. Duringtraining, employees gain skills and efficiency.
