EXECUTIVE SUMMARYInternational expansion comes with many costs. The costs of living in various cities will play asignificant role in the acquisition of talent as well as the profitability of the company. Thisprospectus contains the in-depth analysis of 16 foreign cities our company is interested inutilizing for our newest location. The baseline city New York City is currently home to ourcorporate office and serves as our main base of operations. All the cities on our list have a lowercost of living than our current city due to NYC serving as the baseline.A Multiple Linear Regression was performed for the 16 cities being analyzed to conclude a cost-living-index value. The statistical analysis presented a multipoint analysis for cost of living. Thedata points most significant in my opinion are the cost associated with transportation, rent, andbread. The mean transportation, rent, and cost of bread are 2463.12, 78.01, and 1.47 respectfully.
