If White or Blue are selected, then "no" is picked with probabilities of 0.11 or 0.08, respectively. The number of "no's" is counted and divided by 10,000. This is the fraction of non-starting tractors for this simulation. The fractions of non- starting tractors that were made on lines Red, White, and Blue are also computed.
