Running head: ANALYZING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 2 Introduction This paper gives a complete plan of establishing a B2B (business-to-business) e- commerce website for Allied SmartParts, Inc. The paper analyses the needs of the company based on the requirements presented by the managers of various departments of the company. The steps involved in setting up the web-site and how the plan meets the requirements stated by the managers are explained in this paper. Analysing Technical Requirements The website proposed by the Allied Smart Parts, Inc. is a B2B website as it wants to sell online the automobile parts it produces to the automotive businesses. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
