Bowen Answers for Hour Exam 1, PHY 2130 FORM A 9/22/14 Name (for your information only) __Bowen ____________________________________ Take this Exam packet with you. Only turn in the Scantron Sheet & Problem Sheet (Pg 5) During Exam: Closed book, closed notes, no talking, no cell-phone use Baseball caps or other brimmed hats worn with brim facing backwards If you must leave your seat let a proctor know and turn Scantron over. All personal items (book bag etc) under your chair, not blocking the aisle One point of the exam credit is for following these rules: Documentation complete (do this first thing) Pencil down on time, Scantron and Problem Sheet in the correct stack (Form A or Form B). Take the rest of the exam packet with you when you leave. o Name already bubbled in on Scantron o Correct Form (A or B) already bubbled in for Question 1 o Name, Discussion Group and Team Name already on problem sheet Form a line, be ready to turn in Scantron and Problem Sheet (Pg 5 ), put them face down on the correct stack (any orientation OK), turn and leave. Bring everything with you – no going back to seat. No holding up the turn-in lines for any reason. No partial credit for this – do it all for the extra credit. To discuss Exam after leaving room, do not do this anywhere near the doors; leave the area. The formula sheet Page 4 of this exam packet. Answer all nine questions on the Scantron sheet and answer the open-ended question (counts as two multiple-choice questions) on the Problem Sheet at the end of this packet.
