1. What is different between a risk analysis (RA) and a business impact analysis (BIA)? Answer: Risk analysis is the process of defining and analyzing the dangers to individuals, business, and government agencies posed by potential natural and human-related objective adverse events. Business impact analysis is of the business to determine what kinds of events will have an impact on what systems. 2. What is the difference between a Disaster Plan and Business Continuity Plan? Answer: Disaster Plan helps recover the infrastructure necessary for normal business operations. Business Continuity Plan helps keep critical business processes running in a disaster. 3. Typically, a business continuity plan is also compilation or collection of other plans. What other plans might a BCP and all supporting documents include? Answer: It includes DRP and CITR plan. 4. What is the main difference between a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and a Business Continuity Plan (BCP)?
