1. What is the main difference between a Trojan and a Virus? Answer: A Virus requires user to execute it and it replicates itself. Trojan does not require user to execute it because Trojan look like legitimate hiding it malicious intent and cannot reproduce itself. 2. Answer: A virus can impact three tenets of information systems security C-I-A. A virus or malware can steal your social security number, password, data or even worse can damage your computer. 3. Once a file found malicious on your computer, what are the default settings for USB/removable device scanning? What should an organization do regarding use of USB hard drives and slots on existing computers and devices? Answer: It depends if you configured your antivirus software to neutralize automatically when in the USB/removable device found malware. Organization should have antivirus software and do updates regularly.
