“DO IT METHOD” 2 The “Do it method”, is a process that puts the workers in control of their safety as well as the safety of others on the job. (NCS, 2009) The “Do It Program”, is based on behavioral based and each letter of the program is broken down. The letter “D” represents define, and the process begins with defining the specific targets. (NCS, 2009) The next letter “O”, is for observe, which is where the observation and is for whether or not the individual is placing themselves in safe or at-risk situation. “I” is for intervene, and this is where the worker will get involved in the correction stages. “T” if for test, and this is where the observe can see if programs are worker or there needs to be training, or re- training needed. The company that I work for has a similar process in which supervision and employees alike get involved in the safety of the job site. This is called the Safety Act Participation

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
