Cannot be answered absolutely 2. Who will win the Super Bowl? 3. Nobody knows the final answers to the questions but doesn’t stop from speculation 4. Situation for persuasive speech = partisan 1. Advocate 2. May mention competing views but only to refute 5. Rather than just stating debated topics and stating all of the facts, persuasive speaker tries
