The importance of mapping lies mainly in that it allows for thorough reconstruction of the crime scene, after a long break, because through it, it is possible to locate each of the physical evidence, in the exact place where they were found the day the expert team was formed, to practice the relevant skills. For purposes of fieldwork, we should consider that when you are performing research, should be raised at the site of the event, a sketch, which is an antecedent to later produce the relevant level.
