Sunrise Sunrise, directed by F.W. Murnau is a unique film in the sense of its cinematography and lighting. Its the story of two young couples who aren't pleased with there marriage and it takes the realization from a "tresspassing" woman for them to find out that they really are crazy for one another. The cenematography within the film was very fitting. It was, great when you could see the contrast between the city and the country back in that time period. It also being an older film, is very well made with its the transitions between scenes and the constant story line that keeps the viewers at attention. Another part to the movie is its audio, the audio selection to the film was critical and I believe that was a perfect selection for the mood that needed to be conveyed to the viewer. The audio would spike at certin intrest points and at others it would be melow, all for the purpose of trying to get the viewer to feel the scene. Since they had no words then there have to be other methods of getting the point across. The
