Rishil Patel English 101-170 Graf T. 9/26/07 Car Accident It was a snowy and rainy day on November 25, 2004. That day it was cold and chilly. The snow fell about three inches to five inches, and streets were slippery and icy. That snowy day became the worst day of my life in many ways. On November 25, 2004, I woke up late for my school, and I was rushing to go to school. My dad and sister were waiting in the car. As I was rushing to go out suddenly, I dropped milk on my homework. I was so frustrated that I even fell on the snow. My elbow started to bleed badly. I put my jacket on, and I went inside the car. My dad and sister started to scream at me because they were getting late, and they did not even notice that I tripped. Due to the extremely bad weather condition, I had to drive the car. My dad was sitting across from me, and my sister was sitting on the rear seat. As I was driving in Arlington Heights toward hills, I went faster about 60 miles per hour in local streets. As I started driving down the road to our destination, the fluorescent lights of the sun coming from the other side blinded me. I tried to open my eyes and noticed that the car was skidding from left to right. I jolted the brakes back and forth desperately trying to stop the car.
